BFL is a longwool, medium-fine. Average 24-28 micron. 
This  roving has been carded, and pindrafted, which drafts and aligns the fibers-a semi worsted prep. Perfect for hand spinning! 
Sheep are not coated so there is some minimal VM. There may also be some nepps.
